The backpage Blog dev continues - and an update about the galleries.
Moving closer to the alpha release of the backpage blog - month browsing is working (albeit with a cookie assist) and deleted / hidden posts are no longer showing up on the date lists.On a second (not so constructive note) - I have received a pair of e.mails from a person (whom I once greatly admired - and more) requesting (in the most sarcastic way possible - you can kill more wasps with honey than vinegar!) for items relating to said person to be removed from deziddon.com.
This web-site was originally intended as a playground to develop web dev techniques, but it has grown into something much more. The playground element still exists in the fRONTpAGES area of the site, but with the addition of the galleries and the blog it has become something more - a photographic and textual journal - a history of things past. And history is history, only the victor can attempt to re-write it.
On deziddon.com there are no victors - hence no re-writes!
And I thought artists were against censorship!
